Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions and lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
