Description

Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake Tacos are a fun and colorful dessert featuring crunchy cereal taco shells filled with creamy cheesecake filling and extra fruity crunch.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (optional)
  • Extra Fruity Pebbles for topping


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  4. Remove from heat and gently fold in Fruity Pebbles cereal.
  5. Spoon mixture into taco-shaped molds or drape over rolling pins to form shells.
  6. Allow shells to cool and harden completely.
  7. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  8. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  9. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  10. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  11. Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling into cooled cereal taco shells.
  12. Top with whipped topping and extra Fruity Pebbles before serving.
