Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cooked sausage and shredded cheese to the egg mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until muffins are set and lightly golden.
