Easter Dirt Cake Casserole is a fun and festive no-bake dessert layered with crushed chocolate cookies, creamy pudding filling, and colorful candy toppings, perfect for spring celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup pastel candy-coated chocolates
  • Gummy worms or chocolate eggs for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  4. Fold pudding into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth.
  6. Spread half of crushed cookies into the bottom of a casserole dish.
  7. Spread pudding mixture evenly over cookie layer.
  8. Top with remaining crushed cookies.
  9. Decorate with candy-coated chocolates and gummy worms.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
