Ingredients
- 1 package (14 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 1 cup pastel candy-coated chocolates
- Gummy worms or chocolate eggs for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Fold pudding into cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth.
- Spread half of crushed cookies into the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Spread pudding mixture evenly over cookie layer.
- Top with remaining crushed cookies.
- Decorate with candy-coated chocolates and gummy worms.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
