Ingredients
- 500 g cheese ravioli
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach; cook until spinach wilts.
- Add cooked ravioli to the sauce and gently toss to coat.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.
