Description

Creamy Tuscan Cheese Ravioli is a rich and comforting pasta dish featuring cheese-filled ravioli tossed in a velvety garlic cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.


Ingredients

  • 500 g cheese ravioli
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach; cook until spinach wilts.
  7. Add cooked ravioli to the sauce and gently toss to coat.
  8. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  9. Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.
