Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions
- Peel and slice the bananas.
- Add bananas, milk, ice cream (if using), honey or sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender.
