Ingredients
- 700 g chicken tenders
- 170 g cream cheese, softened
- 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Arrange chicken tenders in the prepared baking dish.
- Spoon the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken tender.
- Drizzle olive oil lightly over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and the topping is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
