Description

Ingredients

  • 700 g chicken tenders
  • 170 g cream cheese, softened
  • 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Arrange chicken tenders in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken tender.
  6. Drizzle olive oil lightly over the top.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and the topping is bubbly and lightly golden.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
