Crack Chicken Lasagna is a rich and comforting casserole made with layers of tender chicken, creamy ranch-flavored cheese sauce, crispy bacon, and lasagna noodles baked until bubbly and irresistible.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon or beef bacon, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the bacon.
- Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer lasagna noodles over the mixture.
- Spread more chicken mixture on top, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese and remaining bacon.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with green onions and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Let the lasagna rest before cutting for cleaner slices.
- Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated before baking.
