Description

Crack Chicken Lasagna is a rich and comforting casserole made with layers of tender chicken, creamy ranch-flavored cheese sauce, crispy bacon, and lasagna noodles baked until bubbly and irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon or beef bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the bacon.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
  6. Layer lasagna noodles over the mixture.
  7. Spread more chicken mixture on top, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese and remaining bacon.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  11. Garnish with green onions and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Let the lasagna rest before cutting for cleaner slices.
  • Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated before baking.
