Description

Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake is a rich and indulgent dessert that combines a creamy cheesecake base with swirls of cinnamon-sugar filling and a smooth vanilla glaze, inspired by classic cinnamon rolls.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Blend in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  6. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour.
  7. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  8. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture evenly over the batter.
  9. Add remaining cheesecake batter and top with remaining cinnamon mixture.
  10. Swirl gently with a knife.
  11. Bake for 55–65 minutes until center is just set.
  12. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool inside with door slightly open for 1 hour.
  13. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  14. Whisk powdered sugar and milk to make glaze and drizzle over cheesecake before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overmix to prevent cracking.
  • Chilling overnight improves texture and flavor.
  • Use a water bath for extra creamy results.
