Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cake, cubed (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding or chocolate mousse
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings or chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  2. Prepare serving glasses or bowls.
  3. Place a layer of chocolate cake cubes at the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of chocolate pudding or mousse over the cake.
  5. Add a layer of whipped cream.
  6. Repeat layers until glasses are filled, ending with whipped cream.
  7. Top with chocolate shavings or chocolate chips.
  8. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
