A creamy and comforting chicken bacon ranch casserole made with tender chicken, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and ranch seasoning baked into a hearty family-friendly dish.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a casserole dish lightly.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Stir in ranch seasoning and black pepper.
- Add cooked chicken and bacon; mix until well coated.
- Fold in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Spread mixture evenly into the prepared casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
