Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting wraps)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 additional minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice to create a simple garlic sauce.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread a layer of garlic sauce in the center of each.
- Add cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.
- Melt butter in a clean skillet and toast wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
