Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and Italian seasoning until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until chicken is well coated.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or steamed vegetables.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
