Description
Cheesy Chicken Crescent Rolls are an easy, comforting dish made with tender chicken and melted cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough and baked until golden brown.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough, enclosing the filling, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Serve with a side salad or dipping sauce.
- Can be assembled ahead and baked when needed.
