Description

Cheesy Chicken Crescent Rolls are an easy, comforting dish made with tender chicken and melted cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough and baked until golden brown.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the dough, enclosing the filling, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Serve with a side salad or dipping sauce.
