Ingredients
- 20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a casserole dish.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions until just tender; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
- Top evenly with pepperoni slices and remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
