Ingredients

  • 20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a casserole dish.
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions until just tender; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Stir in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
  6. Top evenly with pepperoni slices and remaining cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
