Description
A fun and indulgent dessert featuring soft brownie shells folded like tacos and filled with creamy peanut butter filling, then finished with chocolate drizzle and toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for pan
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions.
- Spread the batter thinly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, until set but still soft.
- While warm, cut brownies into rectangles and gently drape them over a rolling pin or similar object to form taco shapes. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Pipe or spoon the peanut butter filling into the cooled brownie taco shells.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peanuts if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

- Work quickly when shaping brownie shells to prevent cracking.
