Ingredients
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup beef bacon or turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened.
- Add garlic and ground beef; cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, cream cheese, and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked noodles and crumbled beef bacon; mix until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
- Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use halal-certified beef or turkey bacon.
- Add diced pickles on top after baking for classic cheeseburger flavor.
- Serve with a simple green salad.
